Step 1: Configuration in TrueBooker Settings
- Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
- Navigate to TrueBooker → Setting from the left sidebar menu.
- Scroll down to the Additional Payment Method section.
- Locate PayPal Pro and enable it using the toggle switch.
- Select your preferred PayPal Payment Mode:
- Sandbox – For testing purposes.
- Live – For production transactions.
- Enter the following credentials from your PayPal account:
- API Username
- API Password
- Signature
- Click Save Changes to activate PayPal Pro payments in TrueBooker.
Step 2: Customer Checkout Experience
Once enabled, customers will be able to choose PayPal Pro as their payment method during the appointment booking process.
Selecting the Payment Method
- Review your booking details and cost summary under the Confirm Details section.
- Under Select Payment Method, choose the PayPal Pro radio option.
- After selecting PayPal Pro, a PayPal Pro Payment button will appear below.
- Click the PayPal Pro Payment button to proceed with the payment.
Step 3: Completing the Payment
- Click the PayPal Pro Payment button to open the secure payment window.
- Enter your payment details in the provided fields:
- Card Number
- Expiry Date (MM/YY)
- CVV
- Name on Card
- Email Address
- Click the Proceed button to submit the payment.
- Once the transaction is successfully authorized, TrueBooker automatically processes the payment and confirms the appointment booking.
